Guaranteed minimum salary
We understand the importance of financial predictability, which is why our program guarantees a minimum income. Additionally, you may have the opportunity to work overtime and earn even more.
Pay most of your fees after you start earning in the US.
To make it affordable and accessible, part of your plan is paid before you depart; the rest is then paid after you arrive in the US and start earning your salary.

Meals
Eating arrangements vary from resort to resort, but many of our partners provide some form of staff meal service. If meal service is offered, the cost is usually deducted from your paycheck along with housing, often referred to as "Room & Board." Some resorts also provide shared kitchens where you can cook your own meals.

Accommodation
Accommodation is always arranged for the entire duration of your stay at the resort, so you don't have to worry about finding a place to stay. Typically, you will share with 2-4 people and will be within walking distance of the resort. If your accommodation is located outside of walking distance you're resort will provide a shuttle/transportation service.

No, you can enter the US on a one way flight as you're travelling on a J-1 visa. You'll just need to depart the USA within 30 days of your contract ending.
