What's not included.

We always try to be honest and up-front with our participants, so that there are no surprises. You'll need a few things that Resort Leaders doesn't cover:

  • Visa fee: $160
  • Insurance (over 90 days only): $ 1.95 / day
  • Visa photo cost

Payment options.

We believe that everyone, regardless of their financial status, should be able to travel to the USA for a cultural exchange program. Whichever program you're applying for, we'll adjust your payment scheme in a way that suits you.

Food & accommodation


The cost of meals in the cafeteria for employees is approximately 1-3 USD per meal.

Resort hotels can also provide a kitchen in the lodge, where you can prepare your own food.


Accommodation is always provided by the employer. You do not have to look for it on your own.

The cost of accommodation is on average 50-100USD / week.

Is there a payment option?

We do our best to make Resort Leaders accessible for everyone - so we've introduced flexible pricing plans.

Are there any other costs?

The visa application fee is $ 160 for the US Consulate, to be paid in February-April. In addition, you will need a visa photo that is not older than 3 months.
