Experience talks in this day and age, so using your summer break wisely can set you up for your future career. Spending the summer at a resort in America gaining valuable skills and experience in the hospitality industry will not only massively boost your CV, but line your pockets and help you find friends for life!

Our Resort Leaders program allows you to immerse yourself in the American culture, whilst working with people from all over the world. With a guaranteed minimum of 30 hours of paid work a week plus the opportunity to earn tips in many different roles, and the opportunity to travel for up to thirty days after your contract end date, this program really does allow you to have the best of both worlds.

Whether you want to join a tour, or travel independently with your new friends, America has something for everyone. From the hustle and bustle of New York, to the laid back beaches of Los Angeles, you'll be overwhelmed by the diversity of this incredible country.

It all adds up

As well as massively boosting your CV, and providing you with transferrable skills, the Resort Leaders program is a great way to work and travel whilst making money. With a guaranteed minimum of thirty hours a week paid work, plus the opportunity to earn tips, it all really does add up.

Resorts typically pay you an hourly rate, and depending on the busy parts of the season, can often offer overtime to staff members, which is a great way to boost your income. If you're working in a position that generates tips (such as a busser, wait staff, or bar staff), you can further add to your money pot as the weeks go by.
